Handmade pottery is unique and won’t look like it’s perfect and made from a mold, that’s what’s great about it.  Prices are reflective of any minor flaw and ‘seconds’ are priced accordingly. Seconds are final sale.  Any item that is not up to the standards that it should be can be returned to the store at buyers expense for inspection within 7 days from date of purchase for a store credit.  Any custom orders are final sale due to the nature of custom requests.
